Come and worship the Creator who alone is worthy of our praise

Here I Am to Worship

Worship Set #12 - "There's Nothing that Our God Can't Do"

3/11/2020

I first heard today’s song feature on a live stream of the 2020 Passion Conference this past January.  It was powerful to watch a stadium full of 65,000 young people declare with one voice that there is nothing that our God can’t do.  May we have the faith to believe what we sing!
Written by Passion, “There’s Nothing that Our God Can’t Do” is a cry of faith, a declaration of trust, and an anthem of hope.  We can sing it over ourselves during times of doubt, to others during moments of victory, and to the world as a word of hope.  While the music and lyrics of this song are quite catchy—I find myself humming it throughout the day—let’s take a moment to reflect on what they say.  We shouldn’t just sing the words; we need to believe them.

Do we truly believe that there’s nothing that our God can’t do?  Do our lives reflect it?  Are we living with full trust in our Savior?  Do we believe that He can move mountains in our lives and in the world around us?  Or do we think those are only things Jesus could do while on earth?  Have we put God in a box?  Or do we truly believe with all our hearts that there’s nothing that God can’t do right here and right now?

I hope and pray that God uses this song to build your faith and increase your trust in Him.  He is awesome and powerful.  And He wants to move among us and do incredible things in and through our lives.  So let’s get out of the way and give God room to work.  Let’s sing and believe that there’s nothing that our God can’t do.
"There's Nothing that Our God Can't Do"
by Passion

Just one word, You calm the storm that surrounds me

Just one word, the darkness has to retreat
Oh, just one touch, I feel the presence of heaven
Just one touch, my eyes were opened to see
My heart can't help but believe

There's nothing that our God can't do

There's not a mountain that He can't move
Oh, praise the name that makes a way
There's nothing that our God can't do

And just one word, You heal what's broken inside me

And just one word and You revive every dream
Just one touch, I feel the power of heaven
And just one touch, my eyes were opened to see
My heart can't help but believe

There's nothing that our God can't do

There's not a mountain that He can't move
Oh, praise the name that makes a way
There's nothing that our God can't do

Oh I know there's nothing that our God can't do

There's not a prison wall He can't break through
Oh, praise the name that makes a way
There's nothing that our God can't do

I will believe for greater things

There's no power like the power of Jesus
Let faith arise, let all agree
There's no power like the power of Jesus

I will believe for greater things

There's no power like the power of Jesus
Let faith arise, let all agree
There's no power like His power

There's nothing that our God can't do

There's not a mountain that He can't move
Oh, praise the name that makes a way
There's nothing, there's nothing that Jesus can't do

There's nothing that our God can't do

There's not a prison wall He can't break through
Oh, praise the name that makes a way
There's nothing that our God can't do
