New Website Navigation Info8/11/2016 For those of you transferring from my old Blogger site, things are very different, and you may have trouble finding everything. So here’s a rundown of what’s what. Blog (where you are right now): This is the main blog page and will include all miscellaneous blog posts, articles, and guest posts*. As you probably noticed at the very top, this page has its own name. At the old site, everything was called So I Fix My Eyes… However, with this new website, there are several different pages, corners, and sections which get their own name. Therefore, I’ve named the entire website So I Fix My Eyes…and the main blog Into His Image taken from II Corinthians 3:18, “And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed INTO HIS IMAGE with ever-increasing glory.” With that being said, specific, individual studies— Adoption/Orphan Care, John 7-21, Who is God?—have their own separate pages. These may be found via the buttons on the right-hand side bar or on the drop-down menu at the very top of the page. If you have been receiving the blog posts via email, you will need to re-subscribe. *Yes, you read that correctly. I am open to featuring guest posts. So if you have a message God is stirring in your heart but have no where to share it, let me know via the contact form, and we can discuss the possibility of featuring it on Into His Image. Adoption/Orphan Care This page is home to the series I shared last November on adoption and orphan care. Included are articles “Father to the Fatherless”, “The Least of These”, “We Love Because He First Loved Us”, “Adopted as Sons and Daughters”, and “One Adoptee’s Miracle Story” (renamed “My Miracle Story”). This series was completed in November 2015. John 7-21 Study This page contains only the posts written specifically for the John 7-21 study. Started in August of 2015, this series has not been completed, but is ongoing. Who is God? By opening this page, you fill find the introduction to the Who is God? Study. Subpage titled “Series” contains all the posts written for this study. Started in September of 2015, this series has not been completed, but is ongoing. Recommended Reads This is a book list of titles I’ve enjoyed reading and that have encouraged me in my Christian walk. I love reading and this is a current, active list; so keep your eye out for new books listed. Also posted are Bible study resources I recommend and the Bible versions I use. Furthermore, the future Book Reviews blog in which I plan to summarize and review each book added to the Recommended Reads list will be located under this section. About the Author Information about me, the author, and a link to my Google+ profile. Contact Contains a contact form for anything you might want to contact me about—i.e. guest posts, email subscriptions, prayer requests, words of encouragement, feedback, etc. Upcoming Future Pages I have several projects and sections currently in the works. So be on the lookout for these new pages: Book Reviews and Girls Corner (this will include an introduction and blog page—names and titles TBA). But don’t worry about missing them. When these pages do become live, there will be an announcement on the main blog, Into His Image. I hope this all makes sense and is helpful in navigating the new website. If you have any questions regarding site navigation, need help finding a specific post, or have any problems, leave a comment and I’ll be happy to help you.
It is my prayer that this new website will open the door for more encouragement, more growth in the Lord, more spurring one another on, and more fixing our eyes on the eternal. May the name of our Risen Lord be glorified! Soli Deo Gloria!!!
