Come and worship the Creator who alone is worthy of our praise

Here I Am to Worship

"Glory, Honor, Power"

Worship is an integral part of who we are as created beings.  We were made to worship.  It’s woven into the fabric of our DNA.  And we were created to worship our Creator.  However, in the brokenness of sin we no longer automatically worship the One who gave us life and breath.  Instead, we direct our worship towards other things and often forget God, the only One worthy of our praise.  Therefore, today let’s focus our minds and hearts back to the One from whom are all things and in whom all things exist.
I recently heard a new worship song that’s power packed with truth and a strong call to worship.  “Glory, Honor, Power” by Influence Music exalts and celebrates the perfect nature and charter of God.  It’s a call to praise and lift high the One who is holy and worthy of all worship.  The lyrics take us into the very throne room of God and remind us of the distinct honor and privilege we have to worship the God of the universe.

While the entire song is powerful and worship inducing, my favorite part the is the beautiful bridge that climaxes to powerful declaration of praise and exaltation of Jesus Christ.
"Hallelujah to the One who came and made a way
Hallelujah to the One who died and rose again
Hallelujah to the only name above all names
Glory and honor and power forever"
I pray that this song touches your heart, gives you a new worship perspective, and rises within you a song of praise and worship to the One above it all who is worthy of glory, honor, and power forevermore.  Here’s “Glory, Honor, Power” by Influence Music.

Most worthy, worthy of praise
Exalted above all things my God, You are my God
Your splendor and majesty
Your wonder fills everything my God, you are my God

Holy is the Lord, Holy is the Lord Almighty
Seated on the throne, seated on the throne of Glory
High and lifted up, Your presence fills the temple
When we worship You Oh, we worship You

Creation points to the King
The heavens can’t help but sing to You, to You, our God

Holy is the Lord, Holy is the Lord Almighty
Seated on the throne, seated on the throne of Glory
High and lifted up, Your presence fills the temple
When we worship You Oh, we worship You

Hallelujah to the One who came and made a way
Hallelujah to the One who died and rose again
Hallelujah to the only name above all names
Glory and honor and power forever

Glory and honor and power forever
Glory and honor and power forever
