Worship Set 6 - "God is Able"9/11/2019 Life gets tough at times. Situations can feel big and slightly insurmountable. Problems can arise and conflict can make life feel crazy. However, we need to remind ourselves that God is bigger than our problems. He’s bigger than our situations and is able to do above and beyond all we ask or imagine.

Another classic hymn, the story behind “It is Well with My Soul” is one of triumph through tragedy. It is the testimony of one man’s unwavering faith in God despite the loss of almost everything. It is a reminder for us that no matter the hard we have to navigate, God is faithful and worthy of our praise.
Worship Set 4 - "No Other Name"7/31/2019 The Bible tells us that God the Father lifted up God the Son—Jesus Christ—above all and that at His name every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord (Philippians 2). He alone is high over all, and by His name and His sacrifice are we saved. Therefore, how fitting it is to worship Him and lift His name up as the only name.
June is here and with it a new worship set! Do you remember the three steps to preparing our hearts for worship that we talked about a couple of months ago? What was the first and second step? Quieting our mind and heart and focusing on the Lord. One of the best ways to do this is remembering what we believe.
Worship Set 2 - "Lead Me to the Cross"5/22/2019 Communion. Jesus instituted this tradition and a way of remembering His sacrifice the night before He was arrested, and it has been observed by the Church for the last 2,000 years. Therefore, since May has five weeks in it, I decided to share one of the songs I use for communion.
Worship Set 2 - "Mighty to Save"5/1/2019 Happy first day of May and welcome to a new worship set on “Here I Am to Worship”! Since this is a new set, we will go back and start with an opening song that fixes our minds on God and prepares our hearts for worship. So let’s get started.
Resurrection Sunday was just a couple of days ago. As we continue to bask in the wonder and glory of what that day represents for us as believers, I have a special song to share with you. You may have heard it a million times, but this song is powerful no matter how many times you sing or listen to it. It has definitely been anointed by God.
"Grace to Grace"7/23/2018 This song has been circling around in my head for the last week or so. While it hasn’t always been a favorite of mine, God really impressed it upon my heart recently. The most powerful part (and my favorite!) is the chorus: How wonderful, how glorious
My Savior’s scars, victorious My chains are gone, my debt is paid From death to life and grace to grace "The Stand"1/15/2018 Last week, we reflected and looked back on God’s constancy and steadfastness in the past year and throughout our lives. We celebrated and praised God for His unending faithfulness towards us. This week we’re going to look at what an appropriate response would be to God’s great faithfulness.
